Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days after your order is processed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email once your order ships. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $49. For orders under $49, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
First, check your tracking link for the latest delivery update. If your order is past the estimated delivery window, email us at info@pantryandbeyond.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at info@pantryandbeyond.com and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed — but you can start a return once it arrives.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We're sorry that happened. Email us at info@pantryandbeyond.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
I received the wrong item. What now?
Our mistake — we'll fix it fast. Email info@pantryandbeyond.com with your order number and we'll send the correct item at no extra charge. You don't need to return the wrong item unless we ask you to.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@pantryandbeyond.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a return label and simple instructions within one business day.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method — your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping. For all other returns, a flat return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund — we'll always let you know before you send anything back.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify's secure payment system. Your card details are encrypted and we never store your full payment information on our servers.
